I will do more things I’ve never done before. Being spontaneous makes me feel alive, especially lately (having this new year new me energy) I’ve gotten random ideas popping out of nowhere. (Both work and non work related – just everything random.) I want to write them down, search information about the subjects, learn new and not think about any limits. I can change direction any day I want, I’m not walking any forced path.
I’ll start drawing again. I’ve already looked some drawing class options, now I just need to pick one and start doing. Being creative is what I need. Actually any hobby that is linked to creativity could be something to try.
I will take better care of my health. I don’t mean now any specific diets / workout plans. I mean balance, listening to my body, eating & moving my body intuitively, prioritizing my mental health. Deep down I know what will do good for me, but so often it’s easier to stick to what you know even if it’s harmful. My 2020 started pretty weirdly, almost like I was given a sign to do this resolution. I got some heart symptoms I’ve never experienced before. Almost like panic attack symptoms but which lasted for days. (They are a lot better now.) It was absolutely awful, one night I couldn’t fall asleep at all. Today after spending hours at the doctor they didn’t find any reason, even though they noticed my heart rate wasn’t 100% back to normal. Only thing I was told was to calm down as good as I can. So I’m gonna avoid all stress & negativity as good as I can.
I’ll be more aware of the time I spend on my phone. (Maybe set a daily screen time goal.) Also I will try to avoid negative gossiping. I will not read bad gossips about myself or others online at all. I’ll try digital detoxes, even mini ones.
I’ll try having more regular work hours. (And go to the office more!) 100% work time & 100% relax time.
