Christmas market in the Old Town. There are so many cute little shops when you walk through Old Town to the Christmas market. (Fell in love with a bookstore called Science Fiction Bokhandeln, bought a sketchbook & book about drawing.) And the Christmas Market in the Old Town was wonderful, really traditional and festive. We drank mulled wine, ate cookies, just wandered around. Oh and found lovely Christmas ceramics, in the fourth picture bought these little mugs.
Pizzeria dell’Attore. Such a cute little Italian restaurant, the pizzas were great. But the best thing was the atmosphere, so christmassy and cozy. Felt like a little hidden gem.
Bank hotel. Quite new hotel in Stockholm but it was already second time here. This was as christmassy as I thought it would be, the feeling here is just so warm and festive. The breakfast is amazing, service is kind & perfect location.
Restaurant Italiano Papa. Again nothing too fancy, a good italian restaurant with a good vibe, can I say one more time cozy? I loved the spicy pasta with nduja, eggplant & mozzarella.
Caramella candy store. I can’t remember if it was Alexa or Linda who brought me here for the first time years ago, but I’m the biggest candy lover, and this store is heaven. So we spent the night at the hotel eating pick&mix candy and watching Home Alone. We felt like living the Home Alone movie, in a nice hotel drinking cocacola from fancy glasses and eating sweets.
So this is how we spent a couple of days in Stockholm with my boyfriend! I love seeing cities in Christmastime, when there are all the decorations & lights & everything feels different. ❤️
