So the other day the day started in a really energetic way. We had a workout planned with Under Armour, and a great group of girls and guys. The new Gemini2 sneakers that we tried are amazing! And besides the new shoes, I loved working out outdoors and doing something different. Playing ultimate and doing some training with stairs. The best way to start the day on my opinion is getting fresh air and doing a little bit of exercise. So the rest of the day you’ll feel better and get more stuff done, at least that is the case with me. What about you, do you prefer working out in the mornings or in the evenings?
Hauskin aamu vähään aikaan oli tämä treeniaamu Under Armourin kanssa. Testattiin uusia Gemini2 juoksukenkiä – jotka ovat muuten loistavat – ja tehtiin Oona Tolppasen vetämänä vähän porrastreeniä ja erilaisia juoksuharjoituksia. Ja pelattiin ultimatea, se oli hauskin osuus! Storyn lounassalaatit, tuorepuurot ja mehut olivat niin herkullisia ulkotreenin jälkeen. Paras tapa aloittaa päivä on mun mielestä raittiilla ilmalla ja treenillä. Joka aamutreenin jälkeen mä totean sen saman, oon loppupäivän tuplasti aikaansaavampi ja on yleisesti paljon parempi fiilis. Ja ah raitis ilma, nyt kun tulee kevät ja kesä niin voi vitsi miten täytyy hyödyntää ilmoja ja keksiä spontaanimpia ulkotreenejä. Kumpia sieltä löytyy enemmän, aamu- vai iltatreenaajia?

Itse tykkään treenata aamupäivällä ja iltapäivällä eniten, kun silloin parhaat energiatasot:) Välillä liian myöhään treenatessa tekis mieli vaan nukahtaa ja lisäks on energiaton olo-eikä treeneistä meinaa tulla mitään:D silloin ei auta muu, kun purra hammasta hah

I think it depends on the type of exercise. To go to the gym I prefer working out in the morning, and to practice muay thai I prefer to exercise at night.

Ihana startti päivään! 🙂 Mielestäni aamutreenit on ihan parasta, ennen opintovapaatani tapasin aina pyöräillä keskustaan täältä Larusta. Mutta kyllä iltatreenikin on ihanaa kun tulee niin rento olo, siinä on mukava mennä nukkumaan iltatreenin jälkeen 🙂 Toivottavasti nähdään illalla #Onnenonkija kutsiksessa!

Wish I had the time to work out in the morning… But… work 😉
But I definitely prefer to work out outside. And to complete it with some exercises at home for example.
And about those clothes : I still don’t understand it why people think they need colorful fluo clothes to appear as athletes.. I just put some old green washed out sport pants from H&M and any random t-shirt, and so on.. The shoes must be good though depending if you are running for example or not.

I like to do it in the morning and will get up early to finish it! I like how I can get it out of the way, have a nice shower to kickstart the day and not have to worry about getting my workout done for the rest of the day (usually in the case if I push my workout to the evening, I keep worrying whether I have the energy to actually do it throughout the day). So yes, morning for me 🙂

I like to workout in the mornings, but do to my school schedule I have to workout at night. Luckily, I only got month and a half of semester left and then I will be able to exercise in the morning:)

I love working out in the mornings, i feel so energetic and fresh after my exercises! Theres no crowd at the gym, park or in the middle of the city. but if its summer i usually work out on the evenings because the hot weather makes me feel so exhausted.

It’s definitely easier to work out in the morning for me. If I wait until the evening I usually come up with some excuse not to (like I’m too tired)!
What is ultimate? This is the second time I’ve seen you mention it. We have ultimate Frisbee in the US, but I’m not sure if that’s what you’re talking about.
